Here are the rates and booking details for "La Bergerie" for 2010.

Prices are quoted in euros however we gladly accept payment in pounds sterling at the appropriate conversion rate.

These prices include:

La Bergerie - The Garden

Light, heat, hot water, gas, logs for the fire, all bed linen and towels supplied for your stay and the loan of pool towels if required.
A deluxe welcome basket with a selection of provisions (e.g. tea, coffee, butter, milk, preserve, cereals etc.).
Other basic provisions will be provided to make your stay comfortable including the loan of CDs, DVD's, books, dish washing tablets, cloths, washing powder, toilet paper, soap, cooking essentials such as oils, herbs, spices etc.
Seasonal produce from the organic vegetable garden (when available).
We can supply at no extra cost (on request) a stair gate, high chair and cot with one set of cot linen.
End of stay cleaning (and mid stay cleaning for bookings of two weeks or more). See Terms and Conditions for details.

Reduced occupancy prices

Particularly out of high season, we can be flexible regarding the minimum occupancy level of La Bergerie and we can advise a price to you based on the number of rooms that you wish to use and the number of people staying. This applies to both the 'Mini Breaks' and rentals by the week. Send us an e-mail outlining your requirements and we will respond with the commensurate price.

As you will see from the pricing table, the cost of 'Bed and Breakfast' decreases depending on the number of nights booked (for example, in low season the price per night for a three night booking would be 75 euros per night).

Shopping Service

Shortly before your rental commencement we can send you a list to identify what shopping you require and we can shop for you so that everything is available ready for your arrival (large supermarkets are closed on Sundays in France.) A small charge of €25 is made for this service, plus items indicated.

How to book

Use our Booking Enquiry Form to check availability.
When we have confirmed the availability for your chosen dates, download the Booking Form, complete the necessary information and return it together with payment of the initial deposit (25% of the total rent due).
We will then send you a confirmation invoice and statement by email. This will be the formal acceptance of the booking.

Kids Area

Reservations made within eight weeks of the start of the rental period require full payment at time of booking.

The balance of the rent is payable not less than eight weeks before the start of the rental period.

Payments may be made by direct bank transfer, Pay Pal, UK Sterling cheque or for France only cheque in euros.
